OUR REPAIR AND CLEANING POLICY
Shoe repair and bags repair
We cannot guarantee that all shoe repair, handbag, bags, belts, wallets, briefcase or any other request will meet products original condition, but we will strive our best work always.
Cleaning and shining
For all type of leather such as patent leather, skin leather, suede, nubuck, etc.
Removing, washing or cleaning, salt, water, oil, food, wine or any kind of stain/residue, may cause all material types to become tender, stiff, brittle and may cause some bucking and/or peeling and loose its original color tone.
Some type of stain such as oil, wine, etc., may not be successfully removed/cleaned.
Shrinkage of all material types is unpredictable and may occur.
Slightly changes in shades or top finish may occur on all material types.
Insects bites and scars on leather skins which were covered over by the manufacturer could be showing afterwards.
Breaks and skin lines may show to be more visible.
Unevenly matched skins are common and may show more uneven.
May cause bleeding on all material types, which in turn, causes change of color.
May cause hardware pieces to bleed onto all material types and may stain material.
Slight color changes (darker or lighter) on some type of leather may occur when shining or cleaning and/or applying any polish, cream or conditioner, specialty on soft leather products such as shoes, bags, handbags, briefcases, jackets, etc.
Dyeing
We cannot guarantee color match with the original manufacturer color code 100%.
The color sometimes may come slightly darker or even lighter.
Certain imperfections in the construction of the item may become visible after the item is dyed.
The dyed color may look different when viewed in different types of lighting.
If shoes are worn in the contact with wet conditions such as rain or snow, the color may come off and/or bleed onto a material such as socks, pants or dress, etc.
Shoe stretching
May cause some wrinkling, buckling and peeling.
Slight change in shades or top finish may occur on all material types.
Stretching the width may or may not give you more room in the length or both.
Stretching may cause some finished imperfections on the inner sole and/or lining.
Not all material will give you the desire results at all times/sometimes.
Storage
After 40 (forty) calendar days from the date the item it was received, $5 storage fee per 30 calendar days it will be accessed.
If the item is not claim after 120 calendar days from the date the item it was received, it will be donated or disposed at our own discretion, no refunds, no credit will be applied.
Cancelations
All service cancelations must be notified within 24 hours by email, text message or phone call from dropped off time at our office location and/or receiving by Vianna Shoe Care personnel.
We cannot guarantee that all cleaning and/or repair request will meet product original condition but we will strive at our best.
